The Encyclopædia Britannica is a very big, famous encyclopaedia. It was originally only published on paper, but recently it has expanded to have digital versions as well. The encyclopaedia is split into many books. The articles in it are arranged by alphabetical order. There have been junior versions of it as well. It is the largest encyclopedia that is a book, and the second largest encyclopedia in the computer. The largest is Wikipedia. Many people consider it to be the best encyclopedia, because it is accurate and has lots of detail. The encyclopedia was once written in British English, but now it is in American English.
