Halo 3 is a first-person shooter video game released for the Microsoft Xbox 360 in September 2007. It is the last game in the Halo trilogy.

Master Chief has landed on earth after infiltrating the Forunner ship the Prophet of Truth had taken to earth, to seek out the hidden location of The Ark, which will allow him to fire the Halo rings.

Halo 3 has an online multiplayer capability of a maximum number of players being 16 people. New from Halo 2, Halo 3 features the ability to play multiplayer campaign online with a maximum of 4 players.
Bungie, the company which made the Halo series, is working on a problem with the game being that the melee (may lay) attack takes too long to react against the host of the game and even though it's only a fraction of a second of reaction time it makes a difference. They are changing it by making the person with more health in a two person melee battle always win and if the health is the same, both players die.
