The Huntress (その狩猟の女神) is going to be an manga series writen by Camellia Esreda about a 13-year-old girl named Jureen Caster, the friends she makes, and adventures she has with them while on a quest to find her father, Gin Caster. Gin is a Hunter. The story shows Jureen in her quest of finding her father, she enters the Hunters exam which her father had entered, while then she meets and befriends 5 of the Hunters exam applications. Sashi Zaolda,Evory, Sugi-yama,Gomg, and Skart. Along with skart's little brother Yuli, but he doesn't appear during the Hunters Exam.

The Hunter is one of Camellia's three most famous titles (the other being Blood Revenge and Simple Hearts. The thought came to Camellia of making this story after being a big Fan for Hunter X Hunter. Although the story has not been made as a show it's still being finished in writing. Camellia notes that she can't make it a anime and manga series now because of her young age age and notes she'll make it an anime manga series when she grows up. She has promised herself in making this show and notes that people are going to definitely like it. The Hunter has yet 5 story arcs, probeblly it will be more later, the story is in its way.

Jureen Caster

A young girl who wishes to become a hunter to find her father, the legendary hunter Gin. Gin had left Jureen in her aunt's care since birth. Jureen is a headstrong optimistic youth with extraordinary senses of smell and hearing, sharp instincts, and an innate understanding for animals.

Jureen starts with an unusual choice of weaponry - a fishing rod. After learning nen, she switches to relying on her Hatsu ability, the Taek-won-do. She later finds that she has a twin sister that was kidnapped and knows nothing about her real family, Naomi which was named Neyar Leonar.

Sashi Zaolda

Born to the Zaolda family of assassins, Sashi is considered the genius of his generation. He is named as the heir to his family due to his amazing talent, and has been trained and raised since birth to take over the Zaolda family business of assassination and is already a professional assassin even at his young age.

Sashi joined the Hunter exam after running away from home to the Cave of Death, and by chance meets and befriends Jureen. He is a very agile and strong fighter with just his bare hands, carrying his family's characteristic immunity to poisons and electricity. He later bases his transformation type Hatsu ability on claws. His original killing ability was to 'adjust' his hand therefore he can use his yoyos. He uses his ability known as the poison bite. This allows him to grow his teeth like wolves and bites his opponent releasing poison to them. He also knows a technique called the 'rhythm echo', which creates a series of after images of him through a varying cadence of steps.

Evory

The last living member of the Yukina clan, Evory has made it his life goal to hunt down and destroy the group responsible for his tribe's destruction - the Genai Hikaru (also known as the Phantom Predators). His tribe was renowned for their eyes - which would turn flaming scarlet in times of anger or emotional tension. The 'scarlet eyes' were the priceless treasure among body-part collectors, which is what prompted the Genai Hikaru to destroy them.

Evory enters the Hunters Exam because he believes becoming a Hunter and a Blacklist Hunter will give him the necessary resources and information to fight the Genai Hikaru. Evory is in general calm and level-headed, preferring to think before leaping into battles. He is also a strong fighter - a huge boost in strength and agility being a side effect of his tribe's scarlet eyes. After being taught nen, Evory develops the ability to use two nen types - his usual materialization type, and a specialization type that comes into effect only when his eyes turn scarlet.

The specialization type allows him to use the other five nen types all at 100% efficiency. He takes advantage of this fact while fighting against the Genai Hikaru by tricking them into thinking they are fighting a nen user whose only ability is either manipulating or materializing chains. He doesn't want anyone to know he was from the clan so he wears black contacts.

Sugi-yama

Sugi-yama (known as Sugi in the story) acts like the big brother of the group, who declare that he joined the Hunter exam for money. He later, reveals that he joined because he wishes to become a doctor, and needs the money to pay for school fees. He had once lost a very close friend (Ketru) to a debilitating illness only because he had lacked the money to pay for a cure and before Sugi finally got the money someone had secretly braked in and stabbed Sugi’s friend, Sugi now aspires to become a doctor who is able to cure the poor without needing charge.

He is not so much of an experienced or talented fighter like most of the other Hunter Examinees, but is by that doesn’t mean weak. He is actually revealed to be physically stronger than Jureen or Evory. He too, came to learn of nen after passing the Hunter exam. However, he has (at current) chosen to put aside his nen training so he can fulfill his goal of becoming a doctor.

Gomg Kaida

He is very cunning and a trickster Gomg lives normally in a farm with his parents but for his bat attitudes was sent to his strict grandpa. He sneaked to join the exam and he was remembered as a crook. He tricked Jureen to a trap but later becomes one of Jureen’s best friends. At first, he was a con-artist who tried to steal the gang's valuables. After a while he formed strong bonds of friendship with Sashi and Jureen. Later revealed that he was in a shifty team who used stealing and cruelly methods.

But Gomg left them and decided for a better future. Gomg had decided to help Jureen find her father in all her adventures around the world knowing that it’s good for her and good for him to know more of the world and will make him stronger. Also Gomg since young age wished to become a Journalist he wanted his friends to know but was nervous that they’ll think it’s a stupid idea. But finally during the New York auction he worked as a Journalist for the Auction, with Sashi and Jureen encouraging him.

Although he was often reminded of his shifty past by his teammates. However Gomg is headstrong fighter who fights without pity. His devised cunning battle strategies and Tricks have saved his friends from the brink of death many times. Gomg at first uses a variety of spines that has chemical in them which makes people go to sleep. But later uses a gun with specialization bullets.

Skart Evanu

Born to the Evanu family, Skart like Evory, his parents were killed in front of his eyes by a team of thieves known as the Black organization, Skart and his little brother Yuli currently live with his aunt Kanaria. He joined the hunters Exam because he thought it’ll give him the information he needs for the black organization. He had decided to track down the organization responsible for his parent’s murder. Unlike Evory Skart tracks down the organization to inform the FBI so they could make an end to them because he thinks it should be stopped.

Also Skart is also fan for Technology he’s an expert on it, he’s always seen during the York Shin action with a computer.Skart is sometimes a nervous boy, but to a headstrong, and strong young fighter. Skart’s weapon is a variety of arrows and a bow which he’s very skilled at. Later he uses the knife his father had gave him before his death. Skart is sometimes not fond of Sugi when he mentions cheating; he’s close to Jureen and Evory more.

Jakar

Hiding under the guise of a clown-faced magician, not much is known about him or his past. During the Hunter exams Jakar decided to take on the role of assistant examiner and commenced to kill anybody whom he thought did not meet his standards as a hunter. During this event Jakar met Jureen and became interested with her after realizing the potential Jureen had to become a great hunter due to his courage to face her despite great odds solely to protect her friends.

He believed she was a hunter he would see grow to her prime, and then destroy. Due to knowledge of nen being so limited, Jakar takes advantage of this and uses nen freely, claiming it to be magic. This would make him more of an illusionist than someone who actually has magical powers. Despite dressing up as a clown claiming to be a magician, he is an extremely skilled and dangerous fighter.
