You still have a conditional ban on creating archives of your talk page and you created one earlier this month without my permission. Therefore, this gives me very good reason to block you from editing Wikipedia, but I will simply give you a warning on this occasion. - Anyway, Liam, a conditional ban can last an unlimited length of time, not just one month. The conditional ban is still in place, which does restrict you from creating archives due to you abusing the privilege.
