Uncyclopedia is a website which is a parody of Wikipedia founded by Jonathan Huang and "stillwaters". It is intended as a joke. Users make fun of things by creating pages about them in the same way users can create and edit pages in a wiki. It does not have vandalism but has comedy and it does not let people make nonsense changes. They have something called HTBFANJS (How To Be Funny And Not Just Stupid).
